As Founder & CEO of COOP Ventures, he leads a team of cross-disciplinary specialists in identifying new market opportunities for COOP’s clients. Lane Soelberg's marketing experience began on the agency side with executive positions at Leo Burnett and TBWA\Chiat\Day, where he led digital strategies for GM, Pillsbury, Nissan, Infiniti, and the International Olympic Committee. During his tenure as VP of Marketing for Business.com, he led over 100% growth in revenue and profit through paid search marketing, culminating in the company being named to the Inc. 500. As VP of Marketing & Partnerships for the X PRIZE Foundation, he packaged scientific competitions as highly leveraged media properties, such as the $30 Million Google Lunar X PRIZE and the $10 Million Progressive Automotive X PRIZE. He holds a BA and MBA from the University of Illinois, and is an award winning feature film producer. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two sons. |
